19.08.11 Simple pleasures of Friday

Today is yet another busy day about. Really wished I could have more relaxing days like last Friday, where I get to sip my coffee, dunk my homemade chocolate chips with peanut butter cookies into it and to top it off, enjoy a chick flick.

Sigh. What a nice relaxing Friday.

Call me Miss Klutzy

Ever since coming here or planning to come to this land of the Roos and sleepy, stoned Koalas, I've been a real klutz. I seem to walk or run into cupboards, wardrobes, doors, couches and stubbed my legs, got my hands scratched, cut, sliced and what not.

Mr. C keeps saying I got to slow down and take time to do things. He reckons it's due to my rush to do things which is rather true. Guess I am just always trying to make up for lost time. 

Or so, that's how I feels. :)

Was cleaning the stove today and had a nasty gnash on my pinky.

Got scratched by Mr. C few days ago... Bleh... 

Hurts like crap especially when it touches water!!

This was a couple months back but for the life of me, I can't remember how I came by it!!

Happy Birthday dearest!!

Another year has come and gone.

Another year we're still together!

Another year and you're no longer alone.

Another year and it's forever!

One year older,

supposedly means one year wiser.

Hopefully, also bolder,

better looking and smarter.

But fret not, if you're not.

'cos I am here to stay.

I may not be Scarlett Johanson hot,

but at least I pledge you I won't stray.

More posts on wedding ideas!! There are just TOO many to incorporate into one wedding! And with a budget constraint, it makes my life of planning my 'special' day even more difficult!!

Nevertheless, I shall persevere!

I should consider meshing Blue and Red like the about #16 picture, seeing how the banquet hall is going to be red and gold (doubt a Chinese restaurant would ever change their deco to Blue and Silver - funeral bearing colours or rather, Christmas) and my theme is going to be blue and silver as blue is my favourite colour.

Am thinking of incorporating #2, #3 and #5 whilst adding a little 'me' in it. Would love to do #8 but it's going to be too much effort for 400 over guests and I doubt Malaysians know how to appreciate hand made stuff. #9 is already in place for my photobooth, if that plan eventuates.
